I found this

Surprisly, it wasn't that bad. I was expecting to munch worse.I wouldn't say it was a hidden gem ether it was just okay

A few things I like was Jack Black (he kinda carried the flim along with Garbage man) and his chicken lava song I thought it was kinda funny

the Techno blade cameo was surprisingly well handled (Rip Techno Blade)

Garbage man and Steve relationship ( when my sister saw it and than went up to me and said “I didn’t know there Minecraft Yaoi” as like a joke)

I thought the craft and building kinda cool even if they wasn’t fully accurate to the games

Alex in the end credits was cool

I’m surprised they didn’t make a bunch of square jokes they were only few and half of it was pig jokes Idk if is good thing or bad thing but I’m happy they didn’t go that far

that it for positive

Here were things I dislike

Minecraft kid he kinda of annoying and when he wasn’t he was just kinda there

the sister and Zookeeper lady were fine and were just kinda there

the Vice principal and Villager romance subplot was probably the worst scene in movie it only had 4 scenes and made me want to committed jump dive mostly because 3d villagers were super ugly/the worst 3d mod in entire movie and if I saw this villager in vice president pv I would just run it with car again

the villains were fine none to noteworthy they jobs as well except for pig witch backstory I thought it was kinda dumb in my opinion

I still wish they just did 2d instead 3d and wish they made movie about Minecraft story mode instead just Minecraft but for what we got it probably could’ve been alot worst

i feel like real reason that was disappointed with the movie trailer was that it was game that got me into drawing my frist persona was just base on one Alex skins (👇)

because I played Minecraft with my siblings when I was younger and sometime revisited and sometimes me and my siblings would replay Minecraft and I have a lot memories from that game and can imagine younger me being super excited that Minecraft movie would be come out and just seeing this that trailer was reason why I had no interested into see it movie

the real reason why I went was my little cousin who was sick and couldn’t make it and brother who played Minecraft the most and sister who just wanted to movie herself

I was mostly drag along and will I was preparing myself for the worst I unironically did find some enjoyment in it and can see kid me enjoying this movie even if she didn’t know who techno blade was at the time.

that all if I had to rank it I would just give like

3/5 or 4/10

like is just okay far from the worst
