Tomorrow my oldest son Aiden starts his 1st day of pre-K. With all the whirlwinds of things going on in my life from working, starting a new business venture, raising kids, and keeping the wife happy. I realized that I don't have a lot of time and it's time to refocus. Tomorrow I start the road to 170. My goal by the end of the year is to be at 170lbs. I'm not happy with myself and want to be around for along time to play with my kids and spend time with my wife. To all my friends please keep me motivated and keep me on the right track to success.
