day 22 - dream

Artober day 1: Glitch (the prompt list I'm using)
When I think glitch, one of the first things I think of is glitch hop, especially Razor Sharp. I was obsessed with this song around 2014, like apparently everyone else in the YouTube comments. Here I was trying to capture the mood of Aza just vibing with a song, using the waveforms from the Monstercat video linked above.
It's not as technically proficient as I'd like, especially compared to what I can do with pencil lineart. (My "serious" inks rarely live up to my expectations because inking always makes me nervous.) But I still like it, and using the almost-dry brush pen from this set for shading breathed some life into it. P.S. @briskby's tutorial for how to remove blue lines in Clip Studio Paint was super helpful for fixing this scan!
Day 10: Wing
Because Kyoko took him under her wing…I guess. I don’t know, it’s fine. They’re adorable.
I’m determined not to miss a day in this challenge! The same cannot be said about The (After)Life of the Party. It’s been a long day—I’ll update it by Wednesday.

Day 4: Double
You know, my goal is to draw from extreme perspectives until one day it doesn’t look weird.
I was too lazy to do proper research but I swear Toko has an ahoge??? Does she get it in UDG? Whatever.
Day 8: Glow
The robots are bonding! :D
You know what the best part of this day is? I’m counting this as my Miu day. I don’t have to draw Miu for the rest of this challenge.
