River Nera, Mole di Narni, Umbria, Italy. Leica R4 with 50 mm Summilux-R on Ilford XP2 400 B&W film.
Did a timed, one hour digital painting tonight from a photograph. Decently pleased with how it turned out, despite being pretty loose and missing some elements from the original.
No more games. I must be ready come end of August. I can do this. I can teach this.

Where the boulders go to boulder.
The bottom bit of water is a river streaming out to the ocean.
Lizandro river water as it escapes to the Atlantic.
Many (most?) west coast Portuguese beaches along this stretch of coast have a river, sometimes large, sometimes small. Much of the time, the river stops a few tens of meters from the ocean, sometimes only at high tide is there a connection. I don't know if this last disconnect is human caused or natural. The Lizandro (which you're looking at) is actually one of the larger rivers in this area!
