wow excuse???? ketchup is the superior one get outta here
ketchup is like TOMATOS if they were BAD!!! >:(
There was a time where I thought I’d never get these out. Oddly there was too much stress behind it for me to want to work on this. BUT I FINALLY MANAGED. SOMEHOW.
Here are the other set of geik submissions I’ve accepted for Planet Draccos cameos. Remember? The whole peace/prosperity thing? Prolly not haha
In order from left to right:
Vyriz and “Dragon stache” (EarthUnbound/Mine)
Melini ( @heathertfennec ) and Nhiyom ( @extranuts )
Marie ( @risusgarbage ), Lonnie ( @askthelittletimeplant ), and Susie ( @forgottenxglow )
Coin ( @forgottenxglow ) and Lelki ( @greggjanus )
Lydia and Rubra ( @shinzoku )
Sam and Trucy ( @forgottenxglow )
(Marie and Lonnie weren’t submitted to me but their creators let me make designs for em just because haha.)
Now there were a few submission designs that I decided to tweak or had gone too much over the guidelines, which ended up not making the cut. I also don’t plan to do something like this again. But, I think I’ll continue to accept geiks from friends, mutuals, people I know if they’re interested.

I guess people ignores it because she presumably died at the end of the episode but like she pretty much came back for the season finale so???? Guess it's too straight
That makes me wonder now, if there was a reasonably attractive guy character that Jyushi had generally positive interactions with (outside of his brothers), if majority of the fandom would’ve shoved Homura to the side in favor of Jyushi/Hypothetical Guy Character

risusgarbage replied to your post “Lol at ppl who think I was serious in that Mario Odyssey post. Like it...”
HOW CAN YOU TAKE THAT POST SERIOUSLY IM??
SERIOUSLY
Worst part is a lot of ppl think I am I think cause one person reblogged it with a kind of nasty comment and a lot of ppl have reblogged that reblog. Like ...I should know better than to think that sarcasm of any kind translates well on the internet.
risusgarbage replied to your post “So that doodle of Mario is officially the most popular post I’ve ever...”
The true Tumblr experience ffhfhfj I hope at least the people who finds it takes a look at your other art at least out of curiosity tho

Thoughts on anime
There’s a whooole lot of tripe but sometimes there is good tripe.Though, I wish fanservice wasn’t as popular as it was. I got no issue with people that do like it (although I do find people into shota/loli kiiind of creepy, but it’s not really my business if they aren’t harming anyone).
There’s not a huge deal with it per se, but it’s kinda of boring that fanservicey harem anime is the mainstream these days, where all female characters are all tropey and carbon copies of themselves. They’re essentially recycled, doe-eyed garbage versions of predecessors (and they predecessor’s predecessors and so on) — heck even the male protagonist of the show is virtually the same nearly all the time because he’s basically meant to be a self insert/blank slate kind of character anyway. I mean, this kind of genre DEFINITELY adds to that feeling of cringe if someone admits that they enjoy anime to people that aren’t quite as nerdy. It’s painfully obvious that a lot of writers and directers of mainstream anime just do not know how to write compelling and interesting female characters anymore and they almost always have to fit into a very glaringly obvious trope/character category. And this is not to say that this kind of anime didn’t exist in the 90s or even the 70s & 80s — there simply wasn’t as much an abundance of them as they are now and it’s tiring.I can definitely see truth in the phrase “anime is now made for otaku by otaku”. And it almost feels as though those otaku writers haven’t really bothered to interact or socialise with many people outside of their interests.
Again, I’ve got no deal with casual fans of these kind of genres — I just hate seeing the same ol’ recycled garbage over and over.
