Mister-Saturn

Listening this last week. Still plenty of As Cities Burn (adoring this new album) but lots of oddball stuff including some punk/thrash metal crossover with Iron Reagan and ...whatever Anti-Spectacular is (bass and drums and vocals only, really strange alt stuff. fronted by that comic artist Haus of Decline)

Last week's listening started off directionless and all over...and then I learned there was a new As Cities Burn album and that launched me off on them. With the exception of the new Shearling EP which is amazing. The new As Cities Burn is ALSO amazing.

It was an Angels of Light dive, since I was in a Swans mood and this is Michael Gira's other band.

Last week was really light on listening due partly to convention ahaha some Swans, some Microphones...and also first time listening to Geogaddi by Boards of Canada!

Last week was pretty much just a Swans week (yes Jarboe counts, she was in Swans) One of the greatest bands ever.

Didn't post last 2 weeks of listening so... 2 weeks ago I finished up my Rush deep dive and ended the week with the new Muse album. This past week was like..some more Muse and some Swans at the end and some other stuff. Neither week was super heavy on listening ahaha.

Rush rules tbh.
