ok so like

Kadota in my head doesn’t have a favorite anything really. Like I guess sometimes he does but 

No holiday particularly trumps the other? (mostly bc all of them are spent looking out for his kIDS ) 

So imma try and pick some holidays and talk about things he does bc it’s usually the same

of course what this becomes is a bunch of van gang headcanons bc kadota loves his van gang you know?

Halloween is the only time of year kadota comes remotely close to cosplaying (actually he would cosplay, since it’s less weird for halloween, so he doesn’t mind but they gotta be cool and not something involving a ship eRIKA PL EASE) BUT HE HAS FUN LETTING ERIKA AND WALKER HELP HIM GO ALL OUT FOR A COSTUME (ie please look at vampire kyo he has nails that art sharp and red like he didn’t do that on his own)  but there’s not really trick or treating in japan so they buy some candy and maybe go to a costume party or something maybe just tell ghost stories in the back of the van in some abandoned lot with a flash light (Togusa was mad when erika and walker tried to make a fire)

and he just has fun goofing around with his friends that day 

Christmas, compared to when he was a kid, has become more of a thing in Japan? so for this reason he’s getting used to but kinda diggin that spirit everyone has going on but he’s low key about it

secret gifts that people really wanted that the guys wanted (but had brought up offhand). he doesn’t tell them it’s him he kinda just drops em off and leaves but they all know it’s him (he gets some nice gifts too) they probably 

probably tries to get something nice for shizuo and celty and shinra and maybe the raijin kids cuz they hang out with them sometimes?) 

The gang who’s all on nice terms with Kyohei’s dad, go to his house for dinner (maybe invite Togusa’s family bc you know what the more the merrier) and enjoy a meal together and it’s a fun time.

I only own one pair of shoes???? they’re also like 7 years old sneakers and i am in need of new ones tbh.

Born raised and still live in rhode island tbh

What worries you most about the future?

i’m... not sure??? once in awhile i have weird moments where i wonder what dying’s like but i don’t think i’m really worried about it so much as weirdly morbid curiosity everyone gets once in awhile?

      The time was going so slowly  when Izaya waited for something that had a potential to keep him entertained for a while. To be more specific, saying ‘someone’ instead of ‘something’ would be more fitting. And this ‘someone’ was currently for some reason tied to a bed in a half-sitting, half-lying position in one of guest rooms in the raven’s new apartment, sleeping seemingly peacefully. The reason why the person was at such a place in such a condition, however, was totally clear to the informant.

      After all, all of it was his own doing.

      Honestly, to think that Izaya would be so bored one day to experiment with such an idea was ridiculous even for the informant himself. But there were still several days left until he would be able to do something about his main plan so why not to try kill the boredom with something that had a potential to bring something interesting if he got lucky enough?  Besides, he was curious. And sending other guys to the person currently sleeping on the bed proved to be completely ineffective. 

       Izaya had to chuckle when he remembered how easily everything went. The poor human probably didn’t expect to be drugged by sleeping pills dissolved in his tea when he just tried to seek out an information at the place of someone who was told to be the best in the field. The idea was almost spontaneous even for Izaya himself. He started to plan it only a day ago when he had seen the last man fail. 

      The idea was crazy but not really dangerous; even though the object of his experiment was strong, Izaya had several tricks in his sleeve. Nothing could possibly go wrong.

      Seeing the young male in front of him move a bit made Izaya jump from a chair he was sitting on. He was actually excited  and that much was obvious from a big smirk that formed on his face.

      And then the male opened his eyes.

      “Good morning~!  It took you quite long to wake up, I was actually started to worry that I overdid it with the dose. Do you know where you are, Rokujo-san~?”
