i found an old lineart (circa 2020-2021) and i wanted to redraw it

DIDN’T I IMPROVE SO MUCH????? most noticeable difference is how i’m able to draw more natural-looking poses. the before is really stiff but the after looks much better and i’m really happy

i still need to take a ref picture for the half-worn blazer so there’s still fixing there but overall… i’m happy

#ririsketch #sometimes you feel shit about your art #and the best pick me up can be redrawing old art to have tangible evidence of how much you’ve improved #but sometimes old art makes me sad #because i got really and i mean REALLY good sketches and ideas back in the days
