yesterday's episode was so wonderful for so many reasons and I love it it made me so happy. BUT LIKE.... I've also been left feeling quite unsettled?? and like I can't put my finger on EXACTLY what it is about it that makes me feel this way but I think it's the scene with Viktor and Yurio at the end that's caused it and like i know we know hardly anything about Viktor's life but it feels like the audience is being kept in the dark about something VERY important about him?? what do you think?
hmm, regarding that scene, I feel like Victor got kinda done with putting up with Yurio’s shit. i feel like he got pretty mad that Yurio was questioning him about Yuuri, and i think that’s proven by the fact that right before, he went out to the ocean that reminds him of Hasetsu and was staring at the ring. I think he was thinking of his connection to Yuuri and how much Yuuri means to him, and how Yuuri is his “life and love”, since afterwards, he says the thing about Yuuri giving other people their l-words too (or something like that). so when he grabbed Yurio’s face, it’s kinda like a “in the end, you’re just a kid” sort of deal. he then realizes that Yuuri has motivated Yurio too and stops trying to talk to Yurio because that just shows that Yuuri has had a positive effect outside of just himself. so he’s not mad anymore.
does this make any sense?? im not sure but that’s just what I thought concerning the scene.
