Likes & Dislikes Questions 2. Who is your closest mundane friend? Describe them and how you relate to them. (who will this be? Volunteers? Anyone else in the K-science?) 4. What bands do you like? Do you even pay attention? I don’t pay much attention to the current music but I have a few albums I've kept, mostly for nostalgia's sake. 6. What song is "your song?" Why? (The eternal question. I can't get my damn iTunes to actually do the thing where I have access to all my songs from everywhere so I can't even try to find it D:< )

8. Read any good books? What were they? I really enjoy the kaiju conspiracy theory books that have been coming out for the past ten years. They're REALLY wrong and it's fascinating trying to put myself in the mindset of someone who actually believes that the government is somehow behind these creatures and what anyone would have to gain from this stuff happening. They're very much a guilty pleasure, and I'd be pretty embarrassed if anyone thought I was reading them for anything but the irony. 

10. When it comes to mundane politics, do you care? If so, which way do you tend to vote? If not, why don't you care? I don’t care, no one in office knows how to deal with what’s going on and usually after the first attack of their term they huff and puff like they know what they’re doing and have the best, most unique plan of all time... and then deflate and retract and let us do what we do. Office politics don't usually involve me and I prefer it that way. 12. What type of places do you hang out in with your normal friends? What the heck are “normal” friends? I don’t have many, those of us who work together and manage to get along go out and drink, or we stay in and play board games or cards. It depends on what our active status is though. It's hard when you're not really free to drink whatever you want. 14. What would be the perfect gift for you? Books or a nice bottle of some kind of alcoholic thing. A good whiskey earns you a solid place in my list of favorite people. 16. What time of day is your favorite? Night. I like looking out a window and seeing the lights of cities and towns and houses in the distance. Especially when I’m travelling via train, it makes me feel like they're escaping the coast and scooting to safety.

18. What is your favorite food? What is your least favorite food? I’ll eat ANYTHING. But for some reason I can’t stand pineapple. My favorite foods are anything I get to eat outside of the commisary. Get really sick of the same menu cycled through every two weeks. I am ALWAYS down for some authentic Indian cuisine.
