My heart is slowly shattering into a million tiny pieces, and I am trying so hard to remember that there is more for me out there.

I work a job that is paperwork and due date heavy and generally there’s pretty little oversight (hybrid) but recently my team mentor made us all fill out these super tedious productivity trackers for each client with all the due dates and stuff (which I already do on a separate document that I created for myself) and she said we were gonna have to produce them in supervision and then I NEVER heard about it again. I was not ever asked to produce it not once. Which tells me that this was done because one specific person wasn’t getting their shit done and they just didn’t want to make them feel singled out so we ALLLLL had to do this thing that took hours just bc they wanted one person to have to explain themselves. Sigh
