I just saw a comment that said “I don't like the concept that [Cisco is] the richest man in America. That's dumb. If he's rich, that's totally fine. But he's no way the richest man in America” *eye twitches*. Francisco motherfucking Ramon can invent things like a gun that shoots fucking gold adhesive, a necklace that can create a supersonic scream, a time machine, and a superhuman prison. If you think with that this damn near alchemist-level genius couldn’t possibly be the richest man in America in at least one of the infinite upon infinite universes, you’re either an idiot or you’ve got some deeper shit going on with why you hate the concept. Has anyone else in America created the shit that he’s created? No. So why the fuck wouldn’t he be the richest man in America in a world where he actually gets proper credit for his inventions. I just read that as “There’s no way that this person of color has more money than everyone else. I don’t like that idea”. And it’s people like that, that make me support Rich!Cisco even more.
