I have a deadly nightshade So twisted does it grow With berries black as midnight And a skull as white as snow The vicar's cocky young son Came to drink my tea He touched me without asking Now he's buried 'neath a tree
Girls skipping rhyme from chokely in Wynterset
Now I can see how easily you turn. You truly are a Rat, for you never learn. You thought Nic was safe? That he'd be alright? You're truly a fool, blinded by a false light.
Hope never dies. You can’t make me believe otherwise.
Four little goblins, trapped by the sea. One teased a serpent, and then there were three.
Three little goblins, enjoying their brew. One bumped an ogre, and then there were two.
Two little goblins, out in the sun. Down came a griffin, and then there was one.
One little goblin shook up the ground. When the dust cleared, no one was found.

Dark
He’d loved her so and she him, ‘til Dark came and love grew dim. It clutched her tightly and spread to fill the lovers with dread.
He fought hard to light her heart She snuffed the flame to depart. He by her side watched Dark’s hold, was still there when she grew cold.
One day with Dark he did plead: “Please, shade, I swear I concede! She and I are meant to be! Just leave her, inhabit me!”
And so Dark consumed him, too. Still, in the girl, the Dark grew. “You tricked me, deceitful shade!” Dark’s new host did cry, dismayed.
“FOOLISH BOY,” the Dark replied, “I AM DARK, OF COURSE I LIED. IT’S ON HER SORROW I THRIVE WITH YOURS, TOO, I’LL LONG SURVIVE!”
Now one day Dark left them both, had fulfilled its solemn oath, to perform atrocious theft, taking love, or what was left
The two had been quite the same, so there’s only Dark to blame, for the way she left him there as though she had never cared.
They’d been so in love, you know, ‘til Dark crept forth from below. It swallowed her heart, his too, and from their anguish, it grew.
When Dark at last departed, he left them both so guarded, reduced to an empty shell. She lost herself, he as well.
There was no real, true reason she’d departed that season. He wrote ‘Dark’ for clarity absent solidarity.
