A refreshing twist on classic lemonade, this rhubarb mint pink lemonade offers a delightful blend of tartness from rhubarb, sweetness from pink lemonade, and a hint of freshness from mint.
Ingredients: 1 cup rhubarb, chopped. 1/2 cup sugar. 1 cup water. 1/4 cup fresh mint leaves. 1 cup pink lemonade. Ice cubes.
Instructions: Put chopped rhubarb, sugar, and water in a saucepan. Bring to a boil, then lower the heat and stir every now and then for 10 minutes. Take it off the heat and let it cool down. Pour the rhubarb syrup through a strainer into a pitcher. To get the flavor out, add fresh mint leaves and muddle them gently. Add the pink lemonade and mix it well. Put it on ice cubes.
