Do the students/ocs have to wear the Reaper High uniforms?

Students wear the uniforms when they’re in the school but they don’t have to wear them Outside of school or on certain days
you CAN play with the Uniform though!
You can remove the skull if you have another symbol to put there, you have to keep stripes though it you do that (but you can use whatever colors you’d like), And if you replace the stripes, you have to keep the skull
Examples:
I have some where they don’t have the skull symbols but I can’t find them rn lol
Wait before creating one Is there any rules when it comes to making RH ocs? (Like uniforms, dorms, etc)

Okay so there Are dorms next to the school but they’re not too big of a deal there are no rules there (yet. we might add some stuff but idk)
Reaper High has Parts of the school where your oc can take classes Or teach!
Genius Sanctum, Brawl Hall, Hero’s Study, Villain’s Lair, Toon Zone, Music-Hall (get it? Musical? heh. Anyway it’s where music, art, and theater happens), Club Galaxy, UnderRealm, And the Normal Hall
