Not to be a downer, but before the baby, I truly believed they were a real couple. Since then, I've been more of a "just for fun" RPFer. That's enjoyable too, which is why I'm still here years later, but that changed everything for me.

Government contractors rarely lose proposal time in one obvious place. The slowdown usually begins earlier, across procurement portals, eligibility reviews, amendment tracking, compliance checks, and repetitive proposal workflows that continue expanding before a clear go/no-go decision is made.

As procurement activity increases, proposal operations often become harder to manage consistently without adding more administrative overhead, disconnected tracking systems, and additional review effort across capture teams.
