notice how i didn’t ever make a wrap up post for adventure: ? well here’s the thing: i dont think i can make a coherent and comprehensive one :)) my little opinions of it may change as often as i brush my teeth. this might turn out to be one or might just be a mess of a blurb (more likely the latter)

i know the range of comments on adventure: goes from end to end but i’m putting myself on the satisfied end (o^^o) for many me reasons! (if you’ve ever seen me complain, well complaining is a big part of liking things...?)

i’ve watched half of the series together with my nephew and i see how it appeals to its actual target audience. (the kids are the intended right? we og fans are just ridin on it? or is it the other way around :p) — i’ve never heard where is agumon more times than enough (where is agumon in the show if it’s a kid specific ep in the ealier part where he doesn’t join every single ep, and where is agumon in my collection—sorry bud you gotta make do with my blue and green digimon corner). and thanks for this series’ gigantic digimons that it was easier to explain evolutions. (except for lilymon, or as he says yiyimon, he was asking me why is lilymon smaller if she’s stronger than togemon ㅠㅠ) and the bad guys, just look so much like bad guys —ok see this whole section doesn’t even answer the question, but it’s a big part of my watching experience.

but for all the stuff that hits home with me, there’s number one (oh please act surprised): mimi. queen mimi 10/10. presence, attitude, everything~ i don’t think there’s any need to explain further. and second thing would be: music. if an anime theme song can’t make me cry or make me wanna do a concert, then it’s a no. but hello just even break the chain alone got my tear ducts broken for more than enough occasions. one last i’d list: animation. animation appreciation has always been a hobby so yes thanks universe for awesome hardworking animators!
