In my drafts right now, that has been sitting in there for a ridiculous amount of time because I kept forgetting to finish writing it, is a wip about Shen Jiu living in constant existential horror because he’s aware of everything that he’s doing to people around him, but can’t stop himself from doing it because he’s having an out of body experience and being possessed by Airplane’s writing the entire time in PIDW.

The post was supposed to go on to detail out trauma responses and studies into abuse (I actually got side tracked from writing this because I spent somewhere around 15 hours reading studies on the topic instead of writing lmao) and going into the concept of Shen Jiu essentially being mind controlled by Airplane’s writing to abuse Luo Binghe.

Which I still think would be a fascinating fic, but I keep forgetting to sit down a plot it out…

It specifically says that people were manipulated and forced into lower IQ’s because of Xiang Fei’s magic God keyboard. Which is slightly to the left of my idea? The characters in mine were aware they were being mind controlled and forced to watch themselves do things they wouldn’t choose to do like they’d been body snatched, whereas here, airplane basically overwrote the originals?

But it’s tangentially the same concept??

He recognized Shen Yuan on sight. Despite Shen Yuan looking very different in his original body. As Luo Binghe said, he always recognize his Shizun.
