#reversed context

So here's an update on the AU! If you don't know what Reversed Context is, it's an AU where the functions of Fight and Act are swapped, thus, reversing their context!

Here's thinks to Starting Info, Ruins Info, Snowdin Info, and Dog family Info.

So like- fun fact! The whole reason I posted about Reversed Context here was because I was working on a separate AU version of it for Honeycomb Ralsei and Friends. I realized that you guys would need the context of the OG AU first.

Then I got distracted and nearly forgot I was working on their Deltarune (ish) counterparts. These two are no longer connected to the main Reversed Context AU, instead they're running around the Undertale and Deltarune AU space.

This banger is the true Underswap if I may say.

On Undertale we learn early in the game that ACTing is the good thing to do, while FIGHTing is bad.

But on this AU, the monsters are way stronger than in the game, managing to sustain injuries that would kill humans :0 so FIGHTing is not that dangerous

However, on this AU the monsters are really fragile at heart.

Living in a kind underground made them with a weaker soul for sadness and hurt, so ACTing mean to a monster could kill them :(

So yeah that's what the AU is about.

FIGHT is something actually used to make friendships and friendly spars are the norm with the monsters

And ACT can be used as a deadly weapon because, as the saying goes, "words can kill".

In this AU, Frisk is a human who fights by ACT and can be quite manipulative and mean.

While Chara, is a human who has FIGHT as the only thing on their mind and proceeds to request spars with every monster they encounter.

The idea is actually so so so so good :D

It's a pity it doesn't have a comic :0

Me when I format the story in a certain way, and it causes anguish. (It was designed to causes the anguish.

For Undertale, you can justify killing monsters in certain situations as self-defense. Yeah, from what we know now, that doesn't fly, but in real life, you'd be in great danger. Your life is at risk.

Either that or its just someone very emotionally closed off

It'd technically be Frisk's insults since they're the representation of the Heartbreaker route.

I've been debating on who to make the final boss of Heartbreaker. Since I want to give side characters and NPCs more lore and spotlight, just about any character that doesn't already have a fight planned in Heartbreaker has a chance.

Is it okay if people take inspiration from your reversed context AU?

Specifically the Act and Fight swapping thing (I'm my case at least)... I've had an idea for a Deltarune inspired Story and i think the fighting being mercy thing could solve solve some problems I've encountered with some of my ideas for it
