I try not to hate on much. But I do hate it when people act like know-it-alls, litter or treat others poorly. I don't know that I love that I hate those things though.

2. What is to you dancing in the rain?

To me, dancing in the rain is anything that makes you take delight despite inclement weather.

3. What was the first thing you wrote that made you want to write more?

The alphabet. I was pretty much hooked on words before I could even spell.

4. Is tumblr what you thought it would be?

I didn't know what tumblr would be like. I was surprised that people read me, that they followed me. I am pleased that I've discovered a group of writers that inspire me with their words and inspire me to write more of my own.

5. Any specific set-up/mood required in order for you to feel inspired to write?

Not really. Things pop into my head at all hours of the day that I would like to write. But, if I really want to focus and get those inspirations down, I do need quiet...tv off and only soft music with no lyrics, otherwise I get distracted.

6. Any personal mottos?…phrase that sums up your point of view towards something..

Ain't no shame in my game.

7. How different are you in person that in writing?

I think I'm more reserved in my writing than I am in person. With words I have the option of crafting them into what I'd like them to be. In person, I am not so precise. I can be a potty loudmouth...especially when tequila's involved.

8. Would you give money to a beggar?

Most definitely, but only if I feel like they're honest. I don't give money to people who are scamming for some fake charity whose name they've written on their money jar. I would much more willingly give money to someone who who looks like they're down on their luck and needs a cup of coffee or some food or even a fifth of gin...just don't tell me you're collecting for a cause if you're just gonna use the money on yourself.

9. Is there a song that no matter how many times you listen to it it will never get old?

'California' by Joni Mitchell....I can't wait to move back. That's just the first song that comes to mind, I'm sure there's plenty more cuz I am a lover of music.

10. Any pets? (photo optional!)

Yup. A cat that acts like a dog, a dog that looks like an ewok & a snake that won't die (seriously, I've had the thing since college...it outlived 2 cats...I'm pretty sure it will outlive me).

11. Have you lost count of your successes or your failures?
