Any theme you'd want to see KR/sentai do and who would you like to see produce and direct it

I'd answer the producer and director first because I already have my top tier combi. I'd throw a bonus of a writer because ahahahha
Producer - Omori Takahito Director - Kamihoriuchi Kazuya OR Sugihara Teruaki Writer - Takahashi Yuya OR Takano Minato
I do believe OmoriP is one golden producer, he seems to be hands on in his works, from the commentaries it seems he really works together very well with the director and the writer, and the whole team of staff and cast. Cast members, like Takeda Kouhei (Kazumi/Grease in Build), Itou Hideaki (Esu/Eden in Zero One) and directors like Kamihori (worked with OmoriP in Kingoh) said they do admire OmoriP. Kingohger cast (all of them!) started crying buckets during OmoriP's message to them in FLT, which I think is a testament to how loved he is by the people he worked with. I think the reason why Drive, Ex-Aid, Build, Zero One, and Kingohger are huge successes, and very popular (all of these spawned tons of photobooks/character books) is because of OmoriP's touch in the story. I think he's one who likes to explore the human nature, so his works would involve characters who are not purely evil, and not purely "heroic", which makes for very interesting characters. Characters in his works are very "alive" and very human, and their growth or their belief for a cause is what pushes the story forward. In a relatively conservative media like Japan, he would have characters not always bound by gender and gender roles or stereotypes (like Brain, Naki, and Rita). I will forever lament that OmoriP is not involved with Toei anymore. He's not perfect, of course, I have a lot of questions about Zero One's v-cines, but his series, at least, I know I can trust.
As for the directors, I probably keep talking about these two in my posts so it's no surprise lol. I loooove the minds of these two. I think Kamihori specializes in beautiful storytelling, gut-wrenching developments are even all the more heart breaking when Kamihori tells them. Sugihara-san makes a very good balance of touching storytelling and very exciting action (very dynamic camera movements too). Saber's best episodes are in the hands of these two :) They are very hands on in their productions as well (as least from what I see in Kingoh and Zero One). Pilot directors are the ones in charge of the world building and I guess how Kingoh started and how Zero One started tells of how well and how intentional they are when they are the pilot directors. From what I can see, Kamihori seems to be a choice for fantasy world kind of thing (pilot directing Ryusoul and Kingoh) and Sugi-san for more techy kind of thing (like LuPato and Zero One). I wonder how it would be like if they exchanged - Kamihori directing a techy series, and Sugi-san directing a fantasy world kind of series :)
As for the writers, no other writer in toku has made me dissect the lines of the show more than these two. Much to my delight to know that Takamina actually started toku working with Takahashi-sensei! The way they write lines is just...so full? Like many things are very intentional and it leads to something else. Sometimes things are not so direct, but the way they make the characters interact or what they say or how they say it can say a lot, without saying things explicitly, if that makes sense. There's the actor touch too, of course, but they have to start with a good script, right? :) I loooove how they write their characters. I love how they pick up details from the actors and include it in their writing (like in the case of Dan Kuroto, Jeramie Brasieri, Suzume Dybowski, among others). Of course not everything is their decision, the story progression is, after all, with a committee. Particularly with OmoriP's works, I think, they really take the script meetings very seriously. So much that in finishing the script for the last three eps of Kingoh, the triumvirate of producer-director-scriptwriter of OmoriP, Kamihori, and Takamina stayed in Toei's office for days (I exaggerate lol), without sleep (at least for Takamina lol), the three of them, so they can really finish working on the whole thing together. Takahashi-sensei did say in writing for Toei toku they are given enough freedom in their writing that it's kind of fun for them too and allows to include their own touch to it, which is I think something we can see in their works.
I'm sure for every production team, the balance is different. With OmoriP's team, I think it's a good balance of working together, putting all of their strengths together, to make one awesome work.

As for the theme...hmmm... traditional Japanese elements like Ninja and Samurai is more common for sentai, I think, would be nice to see something similar in Rider? Also, maybe this is my Kaijuu No. 8 fangirly brain speaking, but how about the sentai team using the power of kaijuu? hahaha
Also, not related, but I'm stil waiting for my Hastie-Dybowski spinoff lol xD
