“ start a argument and kiss my girlfriend prank “
Word count 2426
Author note : hii guys I’m back posting just got paid yesterday feeling good 🥴
➽──────────────────❥
Hi guys, welcome back to my channel!" Azzi whispers, keeping her voice low so Pagie doesn't hear the intro from the driver's seat. "So, today is a little bit different. I’m doing a 'kissing her during an argument' prank on Pagie. You guys know how this goes I'm going to find the perfect moment to start a fake, petty argument while we're out grabbing food and going about our day, and then right in the middle of her getting frustrated, I’m going to catch her off guard with a kiss. Let’s see how long it takes for her to realize I’m messing with her."
She turns the camera slightly toward the back seat, where their dog, Max, is sitting regally, looking out the window. "Oh, and we’re taking Max with us today, too. Say hi, Max!"
Max lets out a happy, rhythmic thump-thump-thump of his tail against the seat, his tongue lolling out in a grin. Azzi stifles a giggle, checking her reflection in the rearview mirror one last time. She needs to keep her face completely serious to sell the "argument" part of the bit.
Pagie walks up to the car, adjusting her glasses on the bridge of her nose, looking effortlessly cool but slightly impatient. She unlocks the doors with a quick chirp of the remote and slides into the driver's seat. "You ready, bae?" she asks, glancing over at Azzi with a soft, affectionate smile that makes Azzi feel a tiny pang of guilt—but she shakes it off, remembering the potential payoff.
"Yeah, come on," Azzi says, her voice intentionally clipped, dropping a little bit of that fake "irritation" into her tone already.
They exit the house, the morning sun bright and clear. Azzi locks the front door, pulling the handle to make sure it’s secure, while Pagie gets settled, adjusting the AC and checking her mirrors. As they both climb into the car, the engine roars to life.
"So, where are we going for food?" Pagie asks, pulling out of the driveway, completely oblivious to the fact that she’s about to be the center of a social media experiment.
Azzi stares out the passenger window, letting the silence hang for a second longer than necessary. "I don't know, Pagie. You always pick where we go, and it’s always the same stuff. Can we, like, actually try something different for once? Or is that too much to ask?"
Pagie’s smile falters, her brows knitting together in confusion. She glances at Azzi, sensing the sudden shift in mood. "Whoa, okay. I was just asking. Is something wrong, or are you just hungry?"
Azzi keeps her eyes glued to the passing houses, setting the stage for the chaos that’s about to unfold. "I'm just tired of the same routine," she mutters, her heart racing as she prepares to escalate the prank the second they hit the first red light. Max lets out a soft whine from the back, as if he senses the rising tension, resting his chin on the center console between them. Pagie is genuinely trying to be sweet. As her hand lands on Azzi’s thigh, the warmth of her palm through the fabric is a direct challenge to the "argument" Azzi is trying to manufacture. Pagie’s fingers trace slow, soothing circles, and that smile she gives is so genuine it makes Azzi’s chest ache for a second.
"You look pretty today," Pagie murmurs, her voice low and full of that soft, morning-fresh affection.
Azzi has to fight to keep her jaw tight and her expression grumpy. She feels the urge to just melt into Pagie’s touch, to lean over and kiss her back, but she forces herself to shift away just an inch, making the movement look sharp and intentional. She stares out the window, refusing to make eye contact.
"You're just saying that to distract me from the fact that we're going to the same place we went to last week," Azzi says, trying to keep her voice steady and annoyed. She keeps her arms crossed, though her heart is racing with the prank. "I wanted options, Pagie. It’s not that hard to just... pick a new place."
She glances at the camera tucked away on the dashboard, hoping it caught that moment of sweetness because it’s going to make the "kissing" reveal even more confusing for Pagie.
Pagie’s hand stops moving for a second, her expression flickering from warmth to hurt. She pulls her hand back to the steering wheel, her brow furrowing deeply. "Okay, damn. I didn't realize it was such a big deal. I just thought you liked that place. I’m sorry I’m so predictable, Azzi."
Pagie’s tone is starting to sharpen now, the irritation finally starting to mirror the one Azzi is faking. She stares straight ahead at the road, her grip on the wheel firm.
"Is that all this is about?" Pagie asks, her voice clipped. "Just the restaurant? Because you’ve been acting like this since we left the house."
Azzi turns to look at her, her heart pounding. The argument is officially in full swing. "It's not just the restaurant, Pagie. It's everything. It's like you never ask what I want to do. It’s always just what’s easy for you."
Max lets out a long, dramatic sigh from the back seat, shifting his weight. Pagie hits the turn signal, her eyes narrowed. "If you’re so unhappy with how I pick places, maybe you should have picked today. But you didn't, did you?"
Azzi sees the opening. Pagie is annoyed, the tension is real, and it’s the perfect time to strike. She reaches over, grabbing Pagie’s hand off the steering wheel, but instead of pulling it away to argue further, she uses it to pull Pagie toward her—catching her completely off guard.
"You want to know what I want?" Azzi says, her voice dropping into a whisper, right before she leans in to plant a long, deliberate kiss on Pagie’s lips, effectively cutting off the argument mid-sentence.
She doesn't pull away instead, she maneuvers her body as much as the seatbelt allows, her free hand coming up to cradle the back of Azzi’s neck. She kisses back with a sudden, hungry intensity, turning the fake "makeup" gesture into a real, lingering moment that completely bypasses the argument they were just having. From the backseat, Max lets out a soft, confused "woof," clearly unsure why his humans went from bickering to making out in the middle of a commute.
Azzi feels the victory coursing through her, but it’s muddied by how incredibly good Pagie tastes, and how quickly Pagie’s guard drops when she’s shown a little affection. As the kiss finally begins to slow, Azzi pulls back just a fraction of an inch, her forehead resting against Pagie’s. Pagie’s eyes are still closed, her lips slightly swollen, a dazed, content smile playing on her face that makes Azzi feel like a monster for the prank.
"Wait," Pagie whispers, her voice raspy, still clearly reeling from the sudden shift in atmosphere. She opens her eyes, searching Azzi’s face with a look of utter bewilderment. "What was that for?"
Azzi bites her lip, trying to maintain the act while her own heart is hammering against her ribs. She needs to keep the prank alive, but she’s already losing the "argument." She pulls back, crossing her arms again, though her posture lacks the sharp edge it had moments ago.
"I’m just... I hate when we fight, Pagie," Azzi says, infusing her voice with just enough "wounded" vulnerability to keep the narrative going. "It’s so draining. I just wanted to stop it."
Pagie lets out a breathless, disbelieving laugh, shaking her head. She reaches out and tucks a loose strand of hair behind Azzi’s ear, her thumb lingering on her cheekbone. "You are literally impossible, you know that? We were mid-argument about you being 'tired of my routine,' and you just... do that? My heart is beating a million miles an hour. You can't just weaponize kissing like that."
She starts the car again as the light turns green, but the sharpness is gone from her driving. She’s grinning now, a wide, genuine look of adoration that hits Azzi harder than the argument ever could.
"You're lucky you're cute," Pagie adds, reaching over to lace her fingers through Azzi’s. She gives her hand a firm, grounding squeeze. "But don't think you’re getting away with this. The argument isn't over I’m still picking where we eat, and you’re still going to have to deal with it. I'm just gonna be a lot more distracted now."
Azzi leans her head against the window, watching the city pass by, feeling the warmth of Pagie’s hand in hers. She’s supposed to be continuing the prank, but as she looks at the camera mounted on the dashthe little red light still blinking she realizes that she’s going to have a hard time keeping this up for the rest of the day. Every time she tries to bring the irritation back
She looks at Pagie, who is busy unbuckling Max from the back seat, completely oblivious to the fact that Azzi is about to ramp up the "petty" behavior again.
"Okay guys," Azzi says, her voice dropping into a playful, conspiratorial tone for the camera. "We made it to the place. I'm really craving a drink, though." She pauses, catching Pagie’s eye as she walks around the car. "Like, a real drink. Maybe a few. Might need them to get through the rest of this conversation, right, babe?"
She keeps the camera rolling, capturing the look of mock-annoyance that flashes across Pagie’s face. Pagie sighs, rolling her eyes but keeping that indulgent, half-amused smile as she grabs the leash from Max.
"Oh, so now we’re drinking? It’s two o'clock on a Monday," Pagie teases, bumping her shoulder against Azzi’s as they walk toward the entrance. She reaches down to pet Max, who is happily sniffing the air, excited to be out. "You’re really leaning into this ‘moody girlfriend’ thing today, aren't you? First, you’re picking a fight over where to eat, now you’re trying to turn lunch into a bender."
Azzi laughs, but keeps the "argument" fire burning. "Maybe if you didn't drive me crazy, I wouldn't need a drink, Pagie."
She tilts the camera so it catches both of them—Pagie looking effortless and unbothered, and Azzi looking slightly defiant. "Don't look at me like that. You know exactly what you do."
Pagie stops at the hostess stand, leaning in close to Azzi, her voice dropping to a low, velvet hum. "I know exactly what I do, and I know exactly how to get you to stop acting like this. You want a drink? Fine. But don't think for a second that I’m letting you leave this restaurant without another one of those 'arguments' being settled the same way the last one was."
She winks at the camera lens before it can cut away, and Azzi feels a shiver of genuine excitement—the prank is starting to feel less like a game and more like a challenge.
"Table for two, and a patio spot for the pup," Pagie tells the hostess, her hand firmly on the small of Azzi’s back, guiding her toward the outdoor seating.
As they follow the hostess, Azzi leans toward the camera one last time, whispering, "See? She thinks she’s in control. She has no idea what I’m about to do next."
Once they settle into a shaded table on the patio, with Max curling up contentedly at their feet, the contrast between the environment and their conversation becomes jarring. The atmosphere is vibrant—plates of food arriving, the buzz of surrounding diners, the clinking of glasses—yet the energy between them remains charged with a performance of tension that feels increasingly real.
Azzi orders a double cocktail, her movements sharp and deliberate. As the waiter retreats, she turns her attention back to Pagie, refusing to let the momentary peace of the arrival soften her stance. She sets the camera on the table, propped up against a menu, ensuring it captures the subtle shifts in Pagie’s expression.
"You know," Azzi begins, her voice echoing the annoyance of the car ride, "it’s funny how you act so sweet one minute and then completely dismissive the next. Do you even remember what you said to me last week when I brought up wanting more 'us' time?"
Pagie freezes, her fork halfway to her mouth. The humor in her eyes dims, replaced by a flicker of genuine irritation. "Are we really doing this right now? In public? With the camera running?"
"Oh, so now it’s about the camera?" Azzi counters, her voice rising just enough to draw a few curious glances from neighboring tables. "You’re always so focused on the content, Pagie. Sometimes I feel like I’m just a prop in your 'Day in the Life' series."
Pagie puts her fork down with a sharp clack. She leans forward, her voice dropping to a low, intense register. "That is not fair, and you know it. I bust my back to make sure we’re good. If you have an issue with me, tell me—don't perform it for the internet."
The argument feels dangerously close to crossing the line from "prank" to reality. The air on the patio feels heavy. Pagie’s jaw is clenched, her knuckles white as she grips her water glass. She is clearly feeling the sting of the accusation, and the line between her persona and her actual feelings is blurring.
Just as the tension reaches its boiling point—right as Pagie is about to deliver a biting retort—Azzi reaches across the table. She doesn't pull Pagie in this time; instead, she takes Pagie’s hand, tangling their fingers together on the tablecloth, and plants a soft, lingering kiss on the back of Pagie’s hand.
The silence that follows is deafening. Pagie stops mid-sentence, her mouth slightly parted, her brow still furrowed in anger that is now rapidly dissolving into confusion. The onlookers, who were clearly expecting a scene, are left baffled by the sudden pivot to intimacy.
"You are so frustrating," Pagie whispers, her voice breaking, the anger completely sapped from her system. She lets out a shaky, disbelieving breath, her thumb instinctively tracing the pulse point on Azzi’s wrist.
"I know," Azzi says, her voice barely a whisper, her eyes locked onto Pagie’s. "But you love it. And you love me."
Pagie looks at the camera, then back at Azzi, a slow, grudging smile spreading across her face. "I really do hate you sometimes, you know that?"
"You don't mean that," Azzi smirks, grabbing her drink. "Drink your water, Pagie. You look like you need it."
The rest of the meal continues in this strange, oscillating rhythm. Every time Azzi pushes, she pulls back with an act of intense, public affection that leaves Pagie perpetually off-balance. By the time they finish, the camera is filled with a bizarre, compelling loop of friction and reconciliation. They head back to the car, Max trailing behind on his leash, both of them exhausted from the emotional whiplash of the day.
As they climb back into the car, Pagie finally turns the camera toward herself, looking drained but amused. "Note to self: never let this girl out of the house when she’s ‘craving a drink’ and feeling argumentative. She’s officially won the day."
Azzi just leans her head back against the seat, closing her eyes with a satisfied, triumphant smile, knowing the footage they have is going to be their most-watched video of the month.
Azzi, finally feeling the weight of the day and perhaps a bit of guilt for keeping it up so long, lets out a soft, defeated sigh. She reaches up and turns the camera off, clicking it into its housing. "Guys, I’m done with this," she murmurs, her voice losing all the performative edge it held at the restaurant. "It’s just... it’s getting boring. I'm over it."
Pagie, who had been bracing herself for another round of "argument," freezes. She stays gripped to the steering wheel, her knuckles still slightly white from the stress of the day. She turns her head slowly, looking at Azzi with a genuine, furrowed-brow confusion that has nothing to do with the prank.
"Prank?" Pagie echoes, her voice low and tight.
The word hangs in the air, echoing the betrayal she felt the night before. Pagie pulls the car over to the side of the road, the gravel crunching loudly under the tires. She puts the vehicle in park, the engine ticking as it cools down, and turns to fully face Azzi.
"Wait," Pagie says, her voice trembling slightly. "You're telling me all of that—the complaining, the 'you're exhausting,' the whole scene at the restaurant—that was all a prank? Like, the same kind of prank I tried to pull on you last night?"
Pagie looks at the dashboard, then back at Azzi, her expression shifting from confusion to a flash of hurt, then finally into a weird, reluctant realization.
"You did this to me on purpose?" Pagie asks, a small, incredulous laugh escaping her. "You kept me on edge all day, making me think we were actually fighting, all for the sake of a video? After I literally had to sleep on the couch because of my prank?"
Max, sensing the shift in energy, whimpers softly from the backseat, nudging Azzi’s shoulder with his wet nose.
Pagie runs a hand over her face, exhaling a long, shaky breath. "I was over here thinking I was losing my mind, trying to figure out where I went wrong, trying to be a 'better partner' like you asked, and you were just... playing me?"
She looks at Azzi, her eyes searching for the motive. "Was this payback? Is that what this was? You really had me thinking I was losing you today, Azzi. You were good, man. You were too good."Make sure you guys like, comment, and subscribe... even if it's just to see me get played I’m done. We're going home."

IN A WORLD OF BOYS, HE'S A GENTLEMAN
hamzah x clueless reader oneshot
friends?lovers
| warnings include - slushynoobz humour, & fluff
‘ fancy restaraunt mukbang vlog’
“alright, intro time. everyone look good?” martin says, holding the camera up as he films you and hamzah, who is dressed in a navy blazer, with his ‘mama needs a blunt’ shirt peeking out from underneath, topped with none other than cargo pants to really tie the look together, you didn’t fight him on his decision, because to each their own.. but you dressed more appropriately to make up for his joke of an outfit. you wore knee-high boots, a slip dress, and a leather oversized bomber jacket with a print on it’s back.
martins outfit was also unserious- the bottom half included dress pants paired with fancy shoes, while the top half consisted of an emoji print zip-up hoodie, with his ‘find x’ shirt peeking through from underneath the jumper. you all stood next eachother, martin in your left, and hamzah on your right. he pulls you in close, arm around your shoulder, and smiles at the camera to do the intro.
a few minutes of walking pass, and martin dramatically informs the camera that we have finally made it to the restaurant.
“welcome to my crib.” hamzah teases to the camera, leaning on one of the grand pillars that stood close-by to the entrance of the restaurant. the restaurant itself looked like it was a castle worthy of royalty to own. the camera turns to you, letting out a laugh, at hamzah's pun, making him smile to himself.
“boi if all three of us put our money together we couldn't even buy the one of those pillars.” you gesture to the one he’s currently leaning on.
martin’s behind the camera, rolling his eyes at you and your jesting, then flips the camera so it faces him “incase you guys are new here, we aren’t picky eaters around here, so prepare to see some food you guys probably have never seen before because- well- rich people foods aren’t accessible to everyone, and every time you guys subscribe to us, we will plant a tree, because trees make paper, and paper makes money so you guys can be rich one day, just like us.” he rants, making movements with his hands, and giving a sympathetic facial expression to the camera, you and hamzah death stare him and stiffle your laughs- letting martin absorb his embarrassment.
“hey- my reservation was booked under my good friends name, khloe kardashian - is that anywhere in you system?” martin tells the receptionist.
i look at hamzah who’s already covering his mouth with his hand to cover a shocked laugh, pointing the camera to martin.
to both mine and hamzah’s surprise, the woman replies with “yes- table for three- for khloe kardashian...” handing martin the reciept that showed our booking number, booking name, and the table we were assigned.
“bro- why would you do that?” hamzah asks martin, still laughing.
“what? i told you- i read that they charge average people more than celebrities, you gotta do what you gotta do in this economy boi.”
“motherfucker they can tell you’re not khloe .” i emphasise, “yeah well i did say she’s my good friend, never stated that i was her.” martin sassed back, as our waitress walks us towards our table.
after ordering your meals, the camera faces all three of us, the order of seating going: martin, then hamzah, then you.
“you guys are probably wondering why mandy isn’t here, and that’s because she refused to leave the house until its spotless, so while we all eat good food, she’s setting a good example to all women, and cleaning” martin explains making unconvincing faces, and expressions during his explanation. which has me and hamzah nodding convincingly to play along with martins sarcastic, misogony-mocking joke.
the mukbang dinner ends up being a mix of gagging at how inedible some of overpriced dishes are- then seconds later moaning at how good the others were.
another thing that the dinner was full of, was hamzahs touch- he would constantly reach over to the tissue box halfway across your side of the table, when he had many clean napkins sat infront of him, he also enjoyed nudging you with either his shoulder, or knee, when he waiting for you to say your commentary about the food to the camera.
but it was all friendly.. right?
outside, the air is cool, the night dark but not too cold. the camera’s still rolling. martin’s talking to the camera about the “world’s most expensive mukbang in history,” but you’re not really paying attention anymore. your feet are screaming from the boots you chose to wear to fit the aesthetic of the video.
you try to keep up with the two friends, but the shoes are becoming unbearable to the point where it’s not cute and unnoticeable anymore.
hamzah senses your discomfort right away, of course. he turns around and raises an eyebrow.
“hey, you good?”
“yeah, just—” you wince and shift your weight from foot to foot, “these boots are brutal, wearing heels through a 30 minute walk, big big big mistake.”
he looks down at your heels, then at his own sneakers, and smirks. “alright, i got you.”
“what?” you start to protest, but he’s already crouching down, taking off his sneakers. “wait, you’re not serious.” you watch as he slips his feet out of the sneakers. “no you’re lying- you are not walking home barefoot bro.”
“dead serious. and no i’m not gonna be barefoot- give me the heels.”
“no way.” you laugh, but it’s already happening. he’s kneeling next to you and sliding the zip of your boots down, completely unfazed.
you step into his sneakers, feeling immediate relief. they’re way too big for you, but honestly? in this moment they’re the comfiest thing you’ve ever worn.
“how do i look?” he asks, slipping your knee-high boots with a 4” heel on like it’s no big deal. he stands up, wobbling a little but making it look… oddly natural. “dude how did your feet fit into that- theres so much toe space in your sneakers for me.” you ask with genuine wonder.
“oh trust me they do not fit, my toes are all getting compressed into one toe as we speak- but its kinda therapeutic.” he defends- unconvincingly as he coughs to cover his pain.
you throw your head back laughing. “cmon- this is torture to look at just give me-” and right as you begin to beg for your shoes back, hamzah makes a run towards martin who was atleast 20 meters ahead of us by now.
the way this man was running, you would think he just learned how to walk approximately 10 minutes ago.
martin’s behind the camera, trying not to laugh too loud. “this is gold, man- girls get yourself a man who would do this for you.” he flips the camera to show your feet in huge sneakers, alongside hamzah and his new heels. “boyfriend material- am i right?” martin nudges you and winks at the camera. “dude now they’re gonna speculate .” you roll your eyes at him “yeah but more clicks and views!” martin jokes and dances his tongue to the camera.
hamzah either didn’t mind the fact that they would get dating speculations- as he just stayed quiet, or he was too focused on the pain in his feet.
probably the second one though.. yeah?
hamzah then grins, obviously pleased with himself. “content for the people.” he winks.
NOTE i hope u enjoyed my first piece of actual writing, if you guys love this I may possibly turn this into a short series, but right now its just a one shot :)
thank you for reading.
