More sets, more reps, more intensity, more workouts per week etc. it can depend where you are at in your fitness journey and what your goals are but a lot of the times more just means...more. π€¨ ... Rest and recovery is important for your body to have time to build and repair, but alsoβ working out 7 days a week and feeling weak and exhausted 2 out of those 3 days is not going to be any better than hitting a workout 4 days a week feeling strong and energized so you can keep up the intensity. πͺ ... A lot can differ depending on how advanced you are but if you are just starting out: more is not going to mean faster results. Listen to your body. Trying to go from 0 workouts a week to 7 is a fast track to burnout. π ... Start off slow. Even if it is just 3 days a week. Make the time that you do spend working out count.
