I'm no longer doing the whole30. I didn't make it through day 2. I talked to my mom about it and we discussed why it wasn't something that was going to work for me. Before, weight watchers worked for me because it was something I could live with. Something I can work my favorite foods into. I need something that I can do everyday. My boyfriend isn't on a diet and I am not going to cook two separate meals every night. I cook healthily when I cook for the two of us. But cutting out all of my favorite foods will not lead to success for me. I should be getting a charger cord for my Fitbit in the mail today so I'll be able to have a good idea of how many calories I'm burning and compare that to how many calories I've eaten. I'm going to get back in the habit of going to the gym. In going to start going before work in the mornings. I will figure this all out and I will be successful.
