“You’re coming with us. You’re going to cooperate and your friend Takahashi is too. In a moment, you are going to be still and not move. If you do, he gets shot.

Sanguine

“Why are-”

“Shut up,” they hissed. Glaring me down. I’m taller, but I had sat down so I won’t strike any dangerous sense of inferiority, and also to make them feel in control. They were in control, but they needed to feel it.

“You don’t need to do this, you know? Mayb-”

“Shut the fuck up,” they screamed, stomping towards me, but stopping before being on my reach. Whoever they were, they seemed as scared of me as I was from them.

Maybe, if my attempts of talking my way out fail, I can carve their fear into a tool.

Phlegmatic

“I’m quiet, I’m quiet,” I raised my hands. “I won’t fight.”

“Shut it,” the stranger hissed, stressed, almost scared. As if they were the one who just woke up chained by the ankle in a tiny windowless bedroom.

I closed my mouth and eyed the person between me and the door. They looked weak, but I was already restrained anyway. I analyzed the situation; Stress was the main issue; I wasn’t hurt yet and if I wanted it to remain true I would need the stranger to be calm.

If I calm them long enough, I’ll find a way out.

Melancholic

I raised my hands, more in an attempt to shield myself than to show I meant no harm, but really, look at me; one must have serious issues if they fear me.

“Quiet,” they hissed angrily. Even though I was quiet already; they can’t really blame my body for shivering.

An attempt to hug my knees clanked the chain against itself, and I could feel the stranger’s angry frown even with my eyes staring down. I need to be very quiet. So I closed my eyes and tried to move my mind as far away from the room as possible.

Choleric

“Let me out,” I yelled, glaring down at the wimpy out of reach.

“Quiet down,” they ordered, trying to hide their fear behind a bossy facade.

“Make me, asshole,” I leaned closer. Not stepping, though, I wanted a moving room. Just in case.

They stepped back, hissed “You’ll regret it!” and dashed out like a scared mouse.
