The Doctor is in!!

Everybody say hiiii it’s Rest-Q my lovely Rest-Q ❤️ I don’t have too much to say on his design outside of the fact that I consciously strayed away from typical medical visuals bc I think it would be fun if that simply just looked different on Gobotron, like white and blue instead of white and red
