Hallo ihr Lieben, obwohl ich dieses Bild nur mit dem Smartphone erstellt habe, möchte ich es euch trotzdem nicht vorenthalten. Und nicht wundern. Unten im Bild seht ihr meinen Künstlernamen. Das Bild habe ich auch auf meiner Hauptseite veröffentlicht. Ich wollte es euch aber nicht vorenthalten. Bevor ich was zu dem Bild sage, schreibt doch mal in die Kommentare wer diesen Spot kennt? Das Bild zeigt den berühmten "Lago di Resia", den Reschenpass. Und ja, dieser Kirchturm steht tatsächlich im Wasser. Einst gab es an diesem Ort ein Dorf. Doch dieses musste aufgegeben werden, da an dieser Stelle der Reschensee angestaut wurde. Lediglich diese Kirchturmspitze blieb erhalten und ist heute ein beliebter Zwischenstopp, auf dem Weg nach Italien. Der gesamte See lädt zum entspannen ein und auch fürs leibliche Wohl ist gesorgt. Direkt an dem See befindet sich ein großartiger Imbiss. Diesen Turm kennen viele aber auch aus einer sehr guten Netflix Produktion. Der Turm ist Dreh- und Angelpunkt der Mystery-Thriller Serie "Curon", welche ihr auf Netflix ansehen könnt. Und hier in Tirol könnt ihr natürlich auch alle Drehorte der Serie besuchen. Papa hat mir eine Waschmaschine gekauft und weil es in meinem Haus keinen Lift gibt, die Waschmaschine auf seinem Rücken in den dritten Stock getragen wie ein Herkules. Wir haben den Herkules auch oft besucht, wenn wir über den Reschenpass nach Südtirol gefahren sind. Kurz nach dem im Reschensee versunkenen Dorf kam eine Statue, die den Herkules zeigt, wie er zwei wilde Rösser zähmt. Es gibt ein Photo von Papa, wie er diesen Herkules zähmt. Und manchmal sind wir weiter und weiter gefahren bis zum Kalterer See, wo wir unter den moosbewachsenen grünen Pfählen durchgetaucht sind, um uns abzukühlen.

The tower in the lake THE SUNKEN TOWER IN LAKE RESCHENSEE, THE LANDMARK OF VINSCHGAU The landmark of the Vinschgau is both fairytale and fascinating: a sunken church tower rises lonely from the 6 km long, clear Reschensee, in front of the mountain scenery of the rustic Langtauferer Valley. But the story behind the famous postcard motif, the "tower in the lake", is far less idyllic: the Romanesque little church from the 14th century is a silent witness of an irresponsible lake damming shortly after the end of the Second World War. Since 1922 fascism has raged in Italy and thus also in South Tyrol. In 1939, the large "Montecatini" group submitted a project to dam Lake Reschen and Lake Graun by 22 metres. The population of Reschen and Graun was completely ignored. However, the outbreak of the Second World War delayed the construction project which had already begun. The inhabitants of the Upper Vinschgau believed that they would be rid of this spectre forever. But to the dismay of the inhabitants concerned, in 1947, only two years after the end of the war, Montecatini announced that work on the dam project would be resumed immediately. In the summer of 1950 the time had come. The locks were closed and the Reschensee dammed. 677 hectares of land were flooded, almost 150 families were deprived of their livelihood and half of them forced to emigrate. The compensation was very modest. The inhabitants of Graun were then placed in a makeshift barracks camp at the exit of the Langtaufer Valley, which had been set up in a hurry. Hundreds of families from Graun and Reschen lost their existence as a result of the fascist stagnation project.
