Broward Teachers Union President Anna Fusco tells CBS that she's worried that people will be discouraged from entering the teaching profession if parents can monitor them at all times and criticize the lessons they're giving.

"You want to play Big Brother every moment?" she asked. "That's not how society should be.

im dead sick of all this political crap on here. everyone has their own opinions and you have NO RIGHT to bash some one for that. i'm republican, doesn't mean i really like Romney, and i don't really like Obama. BUT THATS JUST MY OPINION. I honestly couldn't care less what you believe, yet for some reason there is loads of hate for people with my opinion. 

if you preach 'acceptance' and 'tolerance' then try and be accepting and tolerant of my beliefs. i'm tired of all the crap i get. i'm not ignorant, i simply believe different things. 

on a slightly related note; 

i am SO sick of seeing post on tumblr on how stupid America is. 

i have been living in Italy for the past three years, and it SUCKS. it is never something i would choose, or would want for even my worst enemies. the day to day life here is so infuriating, from stores randomly closing, to getting bullied by italians, to EVERYTHING breaking. it is horrible. i love Italy because of the history, the ruins that are on every corner and stuff like that. but the people have treated me so badly that i don't know if i'll ever reform my opinion of them. unless you're a tourist here, they will hate you.  i live on the outside of Rome, and there is graffiti EVERYWHERE saying 'GO HOME YANKEE'  i am! and good riddance to your ungodly, Fascist country.  

and i've been to around 12 other countries, from the Czech Republic to Malta. and none of them have been even remotely better than America.
