Oh another reason I think Neil Fak is getting fired: In the "there's no I love you in restaurants" scene, Rene and Garrett are judging Neil and Sweeps as they walk back and forth.

Every time Sweeps crosses in front of them they're like "yes king perfect form flawless timing."

Every time Fak crosses in front of them [they don't have anything nice to say so] they say nothing at all.
