Who is your favourite character from The Long Walk?
What changes did you like from the book?
i just love pete and how optimistic he is despite it all. and olson and how sassy and funny he is! berkovitch is such a complex character too! and stebbins! i just love them all and think they're complementing each other!
i honestly don't remember the details of the movie and the book lmao. i haven't read it in years! and only watched the movie once and i don't think they're showing it here anymore :( i'm rereading the book now and when i'm done and when the movie is on streaming, then i can answer this question.
there are things they changed that i didn't like, like first of all i remember a different ending... but i get it, some things are easier to show in a movie form! so i'm not complaining, this is not a bad ending either, i just think i like the original one (or what i remember from that) more.
what i liked is how the characters in the movie are more talkative from the start - it makes the movie more interesting i think!
