I'm back with more Rell content! This time, I added the runes at the start. Also, I've been including both Magical Footwear and  Future Market in my support champs just in case I lag behind in terms of gold. Otherwise,  the secondary rune will be Domination (Sudden Impact and Relentless Hunter). Which runes would you use for Rell? :3
