I finally got my cryotherapy, it hurted a lot but like my usual period cramps so I was brave and beared with it. Now I have to wait a month to see if it healed correctly and my life with normal periods will start again. I will be able to have a normal life I am happy ;;
God, yesterday was my first Top concert, I was in the pit, and today I just started crying I don’t why, I am having after concert sadness or whatever you call it 😥 how do I move on from this? xx

My strategy has always been to throw myself into the other parts of the fandom I enjoy, whatever that is. For me it’s fan fiction and stuff but whatever works for you. And focus on that until the feeling subsided!
