Even as I get better at driving I find that my intense dislike for the entire process persists unabated. What I want is to live in a place where "non-driver" and "housebound" are not synonyms.

today was a good, lazy day. i slept in a little, finished re-reading a @woodchoc-magnum fic, and then spent the day watching the righteous gemstones while making my family’s red beans & rice (while facetiming my mom every 30 minutes with questions...). AND it snowed for most of the afternoon which was my first snow of the year—i got to watch it fall for a couple hours
