So it does seem that Kunai and Reiji don't have the same type of constitution like Agi theorized previously. Kunai is able to travel due to the Kazanami Arts and it seems that his ninpo might be why he doesn't get affected by the environments of other Earths (?). He does seem to get a bit winded in episode 10 when he lands on Reiji's Earth but I wonder if this is due to him doing so many moves back-to-back or if he's impacted by the different dimensions to some degree. Either way, Hatsune wanting to analyze Reiji and Kunai pointing out the strange emorgy from Reiji seems to mean their makeup is different.
