LITREALLY FUCK THE GAME’S PLOT but i respect the characters thats why i stay honestly?
imo drv3 has the best cast in the dr series, they’re all extremely unique and memorable and you really care for all of them in one way or another. No one is portrayed as being exclusively good or evil - the characters are extremely multifaceted, moreso than one might expect from their kind of outlandish designs. I can also appreciate the fact that this cast was more torn apart by the outside world than by someone within their ranks like in the past two games
my unpopular opinion is that i dont think the dr cast was all that compelling - it was meant to be a standalone game, after all, so they didn’t take TOO many risks with their characters. Sdr2 definitely turned it up a notch, but drv3 really blew it out of the water in terms of its cast.
Drv3 has honestly brought me so much in my life (i’ve made so many friends because of it, and it’s what caused me to enter the rp community) and it’s brought me characters that i care about like i’ve cared for no other, and as such i’ll defend it
