A SCHOOL-WIDE TRIP, and that included the reserve course. The beach was... crowded, to say the least. But most congregated in groups–reserve course students and main course students alike. She had even seen some together (she could tell from the new faces).
Sonia settled on the towel beside him as she waited for a reply after he waved her to sit. She had already spent some time in the water herself, and now was time to relax under an umbrella.
She hadn’t meant to come over towards him initially, she had her own spot after all. But he just looked.. pitiful. Had he been like that since they got here?
