“How soon is too soon to get these holiday parties to pop off?” The corner of  Jace’s mouth curled into a smug smirk. With his head tilting to the side, Jace held an amused glance on the person next to him.“ Don’t give me that look, LA never sleeps, so why should I?” A laugh split from his mouth. He had been at home one too many nights. 

" You haven’t been there long have you?” The words fell from Grant's mouth, as he leaned over his plate and dug into his wings. The spice hit at his tongue with every bite he took. After a moment passed, Grant's eyes slowly lifted their glance up as a bashful smile fell between both sides of his cheeks. “I feel like it has been days since I ate”
