I love the interpretations of Geoff as the High King Creator in Minecraft aus, but here's some food for thought. What about a Geoff who was the Creator of the Land, raising mountains and carving seas, that whole thing, but he doesn't rule over the people of this new world, he joins them. Instead of the Great King, he is this unassuming man, running a small goods store. He always manages to have what you need on stock, whether it's some grass seeds and a chicken egg or something as outlandish as a whither skull. After building this world, he leaves it to the natural forces and choses to keep to himself. He becomes a staple of the villages he lives in, a leader in his own right, but he prefers the simplicity of his store. Leave the grandeur to those who truly wish to seek it. And every so often another like him will wander into his store; someone else who has embedded themselves in the world even though they had existed before it. Maybe they heard stories of a man who always had what you needed, no matter how difficult it should be to obtain, or the tales of a wandering seller that never aged brought in quest seekers, or perhaps they come in completely oblivious to the rumors surrounding the man and are merely hoping for a respite on their journey. How they all come together may vary from plot to plot, universe to universe, but Geoff's Farming and Mercantile is a constant where the First Creator observes the world he built, meeting people from every walk of life.
