Online Registration/ Lead Gen Forms - Should be optimised for collecting leads & obtaining conversions!

LSBU have various online forms for prospective students to sign-up for more information. There is no such form available on the homepage.
Upon looking up a course, you can click a button on the right hand side of the page to 'Get in Touch':
An International Student can also fill in quite a long form in order to register their interest... there are also A LOT of mandatory fields in this form, and some drop downs require re-arrangement (birth year begins at 1914 and you then must scroll!) and updating (2013 is available to select starting a new course).
There is also a different enquiry form on the contact us page which you must select the nature of your enquiry and a question:
Also, there is a website feedback form clickable from just above the footer, where site visitors can let LSBU know what they think:
At the end of the form comes the data capture, an email address is requested but no other details:
Finally, the visitor is thanked for their feedback, but there is no link back to LSBU, and as this survey had opened in the same window there is no way to get back to LSBU apart from choosing to search/ type the address in again (a link to the survey company is available only):
