Meditating at Reggae Falls (St. Thomas, Jamaica)
Reggae Falls is actually an old dam (also called Hillside Dam). In 1988, Hurricane Gilbert, an Act of God, “renovated” the area by the dam in Jamaica. Which is proof that wonderful things and immense beauty can arise out of what we once viewed as terrible devastation.
