Time for some Dry Riesling! This one is by Red Tail Ridge, Finger Lakes, NY. • • This is 100% Riesling sources from Red Tail’s organically farmed estate vineyard planted in calcareous and clay-based Aurora soils at 650+ feet elevation. The fruit is hand-harvested, 1/3 steel, 2/3 barrel fermented, 2/3 malolactic fermented, 2/3 aged in oak for 8 months, the rest in steel. The grapes are then blended before bottling and only have 2g/L rs.
