Snow elfs' having a lower body temperature give them heightened immunity to bacterial and fungal infections but are much more susceptible to viral and protists. This is due to their naturally lower body temperatures being less perdurable for sudden growth of bacterial or fungal colonies but the lower temperature hardens the shells of virus and protists. Virus are especially bad due to fevers and sudden body temperature increases disrupting homeostasis leading to possible fetal bodily reaction.
Therefore, Snow Elves would need different kinds of vaccinations than your average human would, right? It’s safe to assume that would lead to more differences than just the temperature, though. Depending on how elvish magic works, that could be effected in different ways when a Snow Elf gets sick.
