REDLINERS
STUDIO: Universal TV/David Janollari Entertainment
TEAM: Shaun Cassidy, Kelly Sue DeConnick, David Janollari, Jason Ensler
LOGLINE: A pair of former operatives get reactivated and drawn into a larger conspiracy while attempting to maintain their undercover lives.
Hannah Ware (Betrayal) will play Anne DeWitt, a fiercely intelligent, formidably lethal, charmingly mysterious force of nature. One of Anne’s many secrets is that she is an ex-teacher/trainer (in the fine art of assassination) for a Blackwater-like security firm known as The Service.
Jerod Haynes (Southside With You) will play Holt, an FBI agent posing as a basketball coach at Anne’s college. Holt initially was sent in to monitor and “protect” Anne, with the Bureau hoping she might be a lure to draw out a shared enemy. But over time, he has come to care deeply for the players on his team.
Greg Germann (Ally McBeal) will play David Angola, Holt’s handler at the FBI, a shrewd, political opportunist who learned spycraft from books.
Tommy Flanagan (Sons of Anarchy) will play Angus Cochrane, a charismatic, handsome and seductive mobster and Anne’s ex-husband.
Jenny Wade (Wedding Band) will play Christy, Anne’s sweet and overly officious assistant at school who talks too much, tries too hard and wants more than anything to have a rapport with Anne.
Rodney To (Parks and Recreation) will play Budd Nii, the earnest, sheltered, eternally positive square Assistant Dean to Anne.
Alan Powell (The Song) will play Wynn Rhymer, a cop in Anne’s quiet New York suburb, the vigilant father of a teenage daughter, and a bit suspicious of what his new girlfriend is getting up to.
Quinn Shephard (Hostages) will play Katie Rhymer.

this script preview is highly critical, and argues the premise isn't strong enough to support the story, nor is the writing compelling enough
