They both had a long night but it was worth it in the end. Keith was curled up in the hospital bed fast asleep as he held their newborn baby in his arms. The child snuggled against the crook of his neck, sleeping softly before stirring slightly in their sleep. ((Hope you don’t mind cute fluff))

⌈  —   Shiro had a long night, but every second was worth it; it didn’t matter that he was tired, or more like exhausted, starving, sleepy; he was at the point he was ready to drop dead anywhere and get some sleep.

But how could he when he didn’t want to miss not one moment at seeing his partner, and their newborn in his arms. He still couldn’t believe it, despite being prepared for this for 9 months. Watching over Keith, making sure he and their unborn child at the time were taken care of. They had everything needed at their home, their new nursery, baby products, toys, the crib.

And it was all worth it as he watched quietly at the two loves of his life sleeping peacefully.

He sighed, running his human hand over his face as his metal one was gently cradling Keith’s hand.

She stopped though when she heard a noise outside the “lair”, looking over a little bit before she would get up to go check on it. However, what she had found was a shock, and now there was a third occupant of a tanned skin youth lying on some furs, while Angel was working on bandaging the rather heavy wounds, a few blue colored flecks littering the floor when she had carried him in.

    Lips slowly moved upwards into a smile. Hearing that he enjoyed this hobby  as well gave Ryan some hope. He could speak with someone about what he enjoyed, and they will enjoy it just as much. He could build a friendship off of this, and that was also very exciting. 

    Ryan was very reserved, but that didn’t mean he didn't like making friends.

The Paladins had split up, as almost always happens. Keith was alone. He was to try and check for prisoners to help. As he got to a door, and Pidge opened it, he was greeted with something very very different.

Inside the room was a series of panels, alight with a rush of Galra text that seemed never ending. When Keith entered, it all shut down, lighting the way into the middle with blank, empty glass. In the centre, it looked like a room built to contain something, the ‘glass’ clearly stronger than it looked.

In the centre, a figure slowly stood from it’s crouched position. The head turned, glowing yellow eyes lit up as the figure half-turned towards Keith. It looked like a grin split lips open, a familiar yet far too sharp hand lit up purple on dagger-like fingertips.

“You’ve chosen the wrong door.” the voice was low, cold and cruel as what looked to me a Galra version of Shiro stood in the room as lights burst to life, lighting everything up.

Knocking. Someone was at the door? 

Adam groaned and reluctantly pulled himself out of bed, wincing at the deep ache permeating his entire body at every movement he made. Everything hurt and all he wanted to do was snuggle up in bed with warm and soft and comfortable things and hide from the world and he wasn’t sure why, but it didn’t matter, because someone was at the door and he needed to open it.

So, he did, and he blinked blearily, tiredly, in surprise as the door slid open to reveal Keith.
