"Excuse me, but is your son an albino?" When I told him yes, he said he hoped he hadn't offended me by asking, but that his brother was also an albino and that my baby looked just like his brother did when he was a baby. He then went on to tell me all the struggles his brother overcame and gave me advice on his successes while growing up. When he finished, I asked him what his brother did for a living and was stunned when he said, "He's a doctor. A successful physician in family practice and medicine. He's 67 years old and still going strong." He then looked at Redd, eyes teared up and said, "If he ever struggles with his albinism, you tell him that you once met a man who told him he could become anything he wanted to be and to never let his albinism get in the way of achieving wonderful things." #albinism #reddwilliams 📸 @jamiearrigo
