This breaks my heart! She tried so hard to control her tears and be strong for him and the girls but she couldn't help her voice from shivering here and in the dining room when Robert thought he's saying his last words and the only thing mattered to him was that Cora knew how much he loved her. Of course she did and she told him "This isn't it, darling. After all the spam of the red dinner, here are my cuties, McGonneville in a very odd collage to cheer up my depressing feed. 😂❤ - But honestly guys. THAT scene! Hugh was so brilliant, I wish I was on set that day. Guys, Robert was so scared 😭 He really thought "this is it" and the only thing he said was that he loved her very, very much. 🙊 I love how he looked in her eyes so intensely, far gone was the stoic pompous Englishman and he said the words. His eyes were so wide with fear. And Cora, wow! I mean can you imagine being spat on by blood of the love of your life? Husband of 30 years? Watching his life slip by, drop by drop? 😭 She was so strong. She told him this wasn't it and laid his head in her lap, let him vomit blood all over her hand. Oh, Cobert 😭 she was being so strong for him and the girls, she didn't let it affect her physically but seriously guys, notice the look in her eyes when she's talking in the hall with Mr . Chamberlain and when they carried Robert outside. Her eyes were lost and she spoke with heavy breaths. She was terrified. I wish we had the hospital scene, she stayed with him. I really wanted to see her sit by him and hold his hand, which she obviously must have done. And when he had woken up. Cora is so strong.
