Ein etwas anderer Salat - mit Walnuss, Feta und roter Bete. So lecker!
Ingredients: 1 cup cooked red beets, grated. 1 cup walnuts, finely chopped. 1 cup crumbled feta cheese. 1/2 cup breadcrumbs. 1/4 cup red onion, finely chopped. 2 cloves garlic, minced. 1 egg. 1 tsp cumin. 1 tsp paprika. Salt and pepper to taste. 4 burger buns. Lettuce leaves. Sliced tomatoes. Sliced red onion. Mayonnaise for dressing.
Instructions: Grate the red beets and mix them with the chopped walnuts, crumbled feta cheese, breadcrumbs, minced garlic, finely chopped red onion, egg, cumin, paprika, salt, and pepper in a large bowl. Make sure to mix the ingredients well until they are all well mixed. Split the mixture in half and shape each half into a burger patty. Set a grill or skillet over medium-high heat and lightly oil it so that food doesn't stick. Make burger patties with beets, walnuts, and feta. Grill them for four to five minutes on each side, or until they are hot all the way through and have grill marks. Toast the burger buns on the grill until they are golden and a little crispy while the patties are cooking. First, put a lettuce leaf on the bottom bun. Then, put a walnut, feta, and beet patty on top of it. Add red onion and tomato slices on top. Put some mayonnaise on top, and then put the top bun on top. Your Walnut, Feta, and Beet Burgers are delicious. You can serve them with a side salad or your favorite toppings. Have fun!
