I would like to start off with a moment I had this morning. After my workout, I was walking into my bedroom and as I passed my mirror I glanced at myself, then stopped. My butt looked a little different. So I dropped my shorts, got closer and began to examine...it's sitting just the tiniest bit higher! I even asked my husband if it looked different, and he said that it looks lifted. Yay!!!
Ok, so when I started this, I weighed in at 205 pounds on Tuesday January 1st. Today, Thursday January 10th I weighed in at.....
I'm so proud of myself. And also kind of shocked at how unhealthy I had been. :/
But...9 pounds in 8 days! Making all my meals, eating healthy snacks, and spending 20-30 minutes doing Blogilates for the last 8 days has made me 9 pounds lighter and my butt is sitting a little higher. :)
The best part of this...is that I'm excited to keep going. I want to continue on this path. Though it can hurt, challenge my willpower and commitment, it's worth it! It's to live a better life, and be a better me.
