One of my very favorite pairs of earrings so far. Took almost 12 inches of sterling wire used to make this set with a little a little tiny copper lilac flower. The blue circuit is a deep cobalt almost. Set in sterling with resin.

Now that the Christmas season is nearly upon us I find myself asking more and more about what we do with old electronic junk. You know, the devices you are replacing with better upgrades this Christmas season. What will you do with it?

We hope that everyone gets what they want this Christmas, however we need to talk about how you are getting rid of your e-waste. Throwing it out, and leaving it in a landfill is simply the worst thing you can do, so we hope you will consider recycling as a better option.

In many electronics there are harmful materials that end up in many places that are sensitive to such chemicals. When these end up in the landfill it is easy for the waste to seep into the water supply and harm or kill not only wildlife, but humans as well. This is the biggest negative side to our consumerist culture.

When you donate your electronic junk to places that resell your old items what would normally be waste gets a second life!
