Already got ice on the ground outside due to #WinterWoes? Be super careful with your phone! We always see a massive uptick in repairs after the first few days there is ice around. Some ways you can prevent damage to your device are as follows: 1. Don’t use your phone while walking: It isn’t unlikely that your feet may find ice, when that happens your begging to launch your brand new smart phone across the parking lot. This is a much less fun #iPhoneXLaunch if I may. 2. Keep your phone or tablet in a well padded pocket or purse: This will mean that if you do take a spill during #Winter2017 your device will be rather protected. 3. Avoid spots that look wet anywhere you walk: This is just generally good advice for #WinterWeather as spots that look wet might be ice in reality, and avoiding these spots will prevent you from sliding around unprepared. 4. Be sure to share this advice with your friends: This will also give you a few “told you so’s” if that be the mineral you crave ;) We know that winter can be beautiful yet brutal in some areas. So enjoy this winter season but be super careful while you do it as adding a potentially several hundred dollar repair is not going to be fun in the least bit.
